In my dreams

After Inko Midoriya died, Izuku couldn't handle it well so he asks three friends to come over and comfort him. Two of his friends have no problem with coming over and helping Izuku out but when the third friend suggests something crazy , Izuku can't stop dreaming about two certain people but what happens when the two fictional people in Izuku's dream don't want to let him go?!?!?

how will Izuku's friends react to not seeing him for months?!?

how will izuku react once he finds out that if he stays in that dream too long he can end up with a uterus and is 100% to getting pregnant if he gets laid?

How will Izuku feel when the fictional people let him go but they don't know he's carrying their children?

how will Izuku's friends react to meeting the two who left Izuku to raise their children for one year?
