When Daniel is forced to leave school early due to a severe weather warning, he is confused but happy. His bus is quickly forced off the road to an unmarked facility where things seem to be peaceful and a perfect place to wait out the storm. Little does he know the storm is only beginning and before long he will have more than just some bad weather to contend with. Mutant animals, a sentient virus, and more await. Will they solve the Blood Quotient or simply just survive before the inevitable.
