I know season 5 is coming up fast, this was written BEFORE Season 5, and I will NOT be changing the story to fit season 5. This story is my take on the end if Eddie (and you) was the main character.

Tw: 5 stages of grief but really really intense (i think) i'm not sure what else i don't really have this planned out i'm just kinda going with it a lot of trauma and mental breakdowns gore and descriptions of pain and like immense grieving (bc obviously... after season 4 like what do u expect) in this story everyone is fine, except for phycological trauma obviously, except for Eddie. Max lives, the town doesn't shatter and crack, it's all fine and dandy. Eddie is dead, everyone is heartbroken and no one knows how to really cope with it. Especially Steve. Victoria has lived in Hawkins her whole life. She's from one of the more wealthier families in town, which still isn't a lot, but enough to live comfortably. Of course, Gareth Emerson hates this about her. He never gave her a chance and just assumed she was stuck up and rude, which is actually far from the truth. She's not popular, but she's also not outcasted. Victoria tried to be nice to Gareth the first few times they interacted, but eventually she gave up and they've never liked each other since. So when she has an odd and unusual encounter with him, she's very confused, but then instead of just simply not liking him, she ends up hating him. Or she thinks she does. Now she's stuck on this emotional roller coaster, dealing with her home life with her dad always away on business trips and watching her occasionally trouble maker sister, and then suddenly when one of her sisters friends goes missing, she has to deal with the consequences of it with her expanded family. Also in this story you are Victoria, so if their is anything you want to change like outfits, or substitute in a different hair color or whatever, feel free to do so. I'm also thinking about making y/n stories because like yeah... Their friendship takes a new turn after Steve comes up with an idea to get them both out of their current state, take the other one to do their favorite things. What could go wrong? This is a fanfic from the show stranger things, there will be season four spoilers. Since the show hasn't ended, and I just finished Vol two, this will not be canon accurate. I started writing before Vol two came out and I'm staying with my plot rather than follow the rest of the show. This is a happy ending fic so don't worry.
