I know season 5 is coming up fast, this was written BEFORE Season 5, and I will NOT be changing the story to fit season 5. This story is my take on the end if Eddie (and you) was the main character.

This is a female!reader insert book. This book does use "(Y/n)," but I tried to use it as sparingly as possible. Mentions of smoking, being able to fit hair in a scrunchy, and two mentions of a haircut.

Book 1. *First couple chapters of Book 2 out now.* Welcome to Hawkins. Your life changes when Robin, your only friend, helps get you out of a bad situation. She and Steve quickly become your best friends after you move in with your cousin, Dustin. The long haired, ever himself, fellow student and good friend of Dustin, catches your eye. Navigating life isn't as easy as you'd hope but your friends and the so called 'freak' you've fallen for help. Trigger warnings for abuse/child abuse. Drug & alcohol use. Strong language. This story is a Steve x oc fem. But at first it's mainly following the friendship of Eddie and the main girl. Steve is just mentioned at times. He becomes the leading man after the whole Vecna awfulness. I will make this into 3 parts; Part 1 Friends and enemies, Part 2 Death and destruction, Part 3 Heartbreak and Love Emma moves with her dad all the way from Sweden to Indiana in the United states. In the small town of Hawkins she's new to school and feels like a freak. She befriends the outgoing Eddie Munson and he becomes the best friend she could have ever dreamt of. She loves him like the brother she's never had. But seeing as something's weird in this small town she's dragged in to events leading to Eddie's death. Emma doesn't know how to deal with life anymore, how do you go on when your best friend in the whole world dies? Well, you could always fall in love with the one guy you swore you'd never ever be more than a hook-up to. The one who helps you cope with Eddie's horrible faith, because he's equally heartbroken over it. This takes place during and after the events of Vecna's curse. I Was Made For Lovin' You (A Steddie Fic)
After the Vecna's end, Eddie and Steve are still struggling to adjust to normal life. Steve is convinced something is coming after them, and Eddie is still dealing with the aftermath of being accused to be a murderer. With their new friendship being the only thing to keep them from completely falling apart, the boys start to feel things they never excepted. Their friendship takes a new turn after Steve comes up with an idea to get them both out of their current state, take the other one to do their favorite things. What could go wrong? This is a fanfic from the show stranger things, there will be season four spoilers. Since the show hasn't ended, and I just finished Vol two, this will not be canon accurate. I started writing before Vol two came out and I'm staying with my plot rather than follow the rest of the show. This is a happy ending fic so don't worry. Word Count: 45,135 Started on 9/1/2022 and finished on 2/3/2023 "I like the choice in color of your bra. Black is a favorite of mine." Her cheeks immediately turned red and she pulled her flannel across her soaked shirt. "Fuck you," The words came out through gritted teeth as embarrassment flooded within. "Take me on a date first and then I might think about it" He shot back with a smirk. Anna White and her mother had traveled to the next state over to leave behind the small town that they had only ever known as home, though despite their efforts the nightmares can only be outran for so long. While she is struggling to keep her own demons at bay, Anna has somehow found herself neck deep in Hawkins' lore with the town's freak and a group of friends who are the only ones who know about the upside down world and it's leader. Looks like her plan for ending her senior year as the "shadow on the wall" has been tossed out the window. Warnings: Mention/Topics of - Sexual Assault, Rape, Adult Actives, Drugs, Depression, Suicidal Thoughts, Cursing, Violence and Light Choking. If any of this makes you uncomfortable then please do not read. (I only have one warning above a chapter which has the topics of SA and Rape because I feel as if I put any other warnings for the "spicy" scenes it will ruin the tension!
