An alternate spin off from the anime, 'My Hero Academia' where Katsuki becomes obsessively in love and enamoured with his classmate, fifteen year old Izuku Midoriya.
Katsuki, sixteen, meets Izuku in UA highschool, a prestigious and famous school, one that's made national news a ton of times. Its reputation stands at a solid five stars and has remained that way for years, so when our ash blonde protagonist decides to go to great lengths just to get the attention of Izuku, everyone in the school and surrounding areas face the backlash.
What do I mean by that, exactly?
For instance, when Katsuki left death threats in students' locker for touching Izuku, even briefly.

Izuku Midoriya, now a college student is suffering from very low self esteem and confidence. Over the summer break he dove into his hero work, not talking to anyone but his instructors. His high school life wasn't very glam, due to Bakugo Katsuki's unexplainable hate towards Izuku, Bakugo's torment took place although out high school the only thing that changed what Izukus attitude. He learned the only thing he has is his strength and so that's what he's grown to rely on. Grateful for his friends who helped him grow a back bone- he was able to stand up to Katsuki a bit through school, but to no avail did the bullying stop. Eventually it just dwindled down to a tolerable hurtful tease, and the physical fighting was saved for the arena. Izuku never asked why, or why it got worse the more they were around each other. Thinking he would rarely see him after high school, then these college UA Courses were created during their third year UA, and now the unavoidable has happened. Can they get over their strange remeeting? Can they eventually become decent enough to be successful roommate's? Can Katsuki ever admit the truth? Bkdk ∆ ∆ ∆ Izuku was a normal teenager, who was bullied quite often, in middle school his worst tormenter was Katsuki till the blonde disappeared one day but that's a story for another time. The greenette lives with his Aunt Mitsuki, after his mother died. One day during a school filled trip at the science lab, Midoriya didn't want to deal with his two constant tormentors so he decided to sneak away from the class but in the midst ended up finding a secret compartment which was where variety of studies were being done, including a certain spider. Katsuki~ In his last year of middle school he was on his way home after a bullying session, he wasn't sure why but here lately he had been feeling more and more guilty about his actions and even words towards the emerald eye boy. And in the midst of thinking too much he hadn't realized someone was following him, he did put up a decent fight against the stalker however he was still a middle school boy. Time skip it turns out the famous Mafia the L.O.V had kidnapped him. They did many, many torture methods and tried many different drugs on the blonde causing him to gain an unnatural quirk, mortality. Durring this time he also gained a couple of friends in his head. Eventually Katuski finds away to escape, thus begin his career as a mercenary.Terminé

HIATUS What if Izuku Midoryia never met All Might, Never gained One For All, Never made it into UA, Lost hope to become a hero, even worse (in his opinion) lost all contact with his childhood tormentor/Crush 'Katsuki Bakugou'? What if Inko died, And aizawa found Izuku and took him in? Izuku grew up being bullied for wanting to be a hero, Why? Well because he's quirkless, which means he has no power at all and that makes the strong believe it's fun to bully him. Finally it's the end of Middle school Izuku is no longer left out and makes friends... Not the right ones though. He decided not to apply to his childhood dream school 'UA', so when his mother 'Inko Midoryia' told him they were moving to a town a little further away he was fine with it. At his new school believe it or not he was one of the strongest kids there, it was a school for only quirkless kids of course. He started working out and got a lot stronger, he would sometimes sneak out with his friends and workout out with them. As said before his friends wasn't the nice bubbly kids you think he would have, in fact their not even close. Izuku changed from middle school and started drinking and smoking, he also tended to get in fights with random people for looking at him wrong. Clearly different from when he was growing up.
