Clarissa has so many conflicting feelings. Some of them, she's not even sure if she should feel.
Lesso just squashes those feelings aside. But with the many sudden changes the readers are causing, the two of them realize that maybe those feelings need to be addressed.
It is best to be true to yourself than to hold up a lie. Right?
