himiko toga is a 16 year old girl, she had become a villain after encountering a gang of heroes who had killed her family, that was when her quirk came in, it wasnt just one quirk though it was two.
allies boost- if an team player was to be injured the stats would be tripled and both users would have the quirks enhanced, if a user dies the owner of the quirk gains the stats and the quirks of their allies.
blood bank- allows the user to get blood from a target and change into them to briefly gain their quirks.
