Cecily is a young 16 year old girl in high school. When she's accompanied by her best friends, nothing can stop her. She feels stronger when they're all together, but what if one friend was to go missing? Cecily, Ansley, Abby, and Lynn never liked the town they lived in, it was always sort of odd to them. There was never a particular part of town that made them feel this way, it was just in the atmosphere. Until one day, Ansley and Cecily are walking home and find an unfamiliar part of the town they've grown up in. The investigation is short but days later Ansley goes missing, was it fate? Was it just a coincidence, or was it something in the town? Cecily chooses to not rest once until her friend is found. "Your distant fates will control the life you live, your death, and how bright your future may come to be. Choose wisely what you do and it may be all or not in your favor."

It's been five years since the plague struck. Leah knows there are other survivors, but she's avoiding them. She is doing just fine on her own. Surviving after everyone she knew died has made her physically strong and honed her intelligence, but she is emotionally devastated. There is nothing to fear if you don't make yourself emotionally vulnerable. James has spent the last five years helping to build up a colony of survivors. He believes in the small town they have populated and its mission to save humanity from extinction. He and his small team of men find scattered people and bring them in. Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. Her time of solitude is up. Leah sparks something in James he's never felt before. He's not letting this one get away, certainly not twice. Genre: Science Fiction, Romance, Post-apocalyptic, Dark romance Length: 84,468 words This book has been published on Amazon. 35 parts Complete Mature

Darcy's life was finally getting good. She felt like personally thanking the universe for her luck, really. The 18 year old had just been chosen for the lead role in her school's upcoming musical. Not only that, but the coolest and hottest guy had also asked her out on a date. She was over the moon. But it seemed like the universe had other messed up ideas. Darcy's life spirals out of control when she wakes up five years later in bed, with a swollen belly, her date next to her and chaos outside. Everyone alive seemed to have jumped through time to a dystopian zombie era. Now Darcy has to survive a menacing zombie apocalypse while trying to raise an unexpected baby. What could go wrong?
