"Please, (Y/N), I don't want to do this alone." Miguel pleads.
"Miguel, it is not a story we should put ourselves into." You sighed, glancing at the screen with Gabriella.
"But it's a story I want with you," He whispers.

Miles runs to Peter, embracing him in a hug. Peter grabs him by the shoulders and waves Miguel off casually, "Don't be afraid of my friend, Miguel, he just looks scary. He's got no bite."
"Peter..." Miguel spits in annoyance, turning away with his hands on his hips.
"And that's (Y/N), Miguel's wife. But don't mess with her, she HAS bite. A French bite!" Peter throws his head back in laughter, earning a look of unamusement from you.

"Oh, ma douce..." you murmured, your gaze softening. "Miguel is my husband. We have been through everything together. He is doing this because he believes it is best for everyone-including you."
You looked away, your voice catching. "Gabriella was not my flesh and blood, yet I cared for her as though she was my own. When she died..." You closed your eyes, willing the painful memory away. "No one wants that. Nor do I want to lose everything we've built. But most importantly, I do not want you to lose more than just your father."
Miles's frown deepened as he pulled his hand back. "Then you know why I can't lose him."
You met his determined gaze, your frown mirroring his. "Touché..." you admitted softly. "But now you understand why I must stop you."
Miles straightened, his resolve unwavering. "You're not going to stop me."
"Reste fort," you whispered. (Stay strong)

Growing up in Woodsboro was nice, for a small town. I mean, there wasn't much to love about it, not until the killings started. It was September 1996; all you wanted was an enjoyable senior year, and you got murder and mystery.
