The mission is supposed to be easy. Mika and his gang of real-estate crooks only have to infiltrate a high-rise building and steal secret codes for a client. But the building is the ZENITH, the most fortified residential tower around, the codes are a prized secret for ending housing issues, and the client may be weaving a scheme they don't want to be in. In exchange for competitive pay, the gang has to complete the mission, keep their bonds from falling apart, and escape without strings attached, even if they have to unravel their pasts along the way.

"This message will self destruct in 5 seconds." He turned to look at me, a quizzical expression covering his features. "No, no, no, no! Don't give me that look I know what that means!" I said, defensively. What is it that one does hours before when the Kremlin's intact but once you leave having failed your original objective, it implodes causing the entire world to heap its destruction onto your shoulders, in turn making Russian agents track you down over a series of nations, borders and buildings which simultaneously reveals your actual heritage and the whereabouts of your Mother of whom, you'd been lead to believe died a long time ago? Nope didn't think you had an answer to that. And frankly, neither do I. I manage to get myself so caught up in much of this tangible work that I don't even have a plan of action. I just go with the flow I guess. It's either that or I'm incredibly talented and charismatic. I personally, think it's the latter but I'll leave that decision up to you. The IMF will stop at nothing to get the answers even if the rest of the organisation has been disavowed, having had Ghost Protocol initiated. But that begs the question, can a certain analyst aid them in their efforts? Or is he too, hiding something which goes deeper than anyone initially thought? Join Miles and the rest (or remaining) members of the IMF as they travel the world to stop a nuclear explosion from damaging humanity... I only own my OC's.* *I also don't own any of the pictures (including the cover image) in this story, I found them all on Pinterest.*

In a village, surrounded by mountains, forest and a river, humans survived by following a simple rule: WORK AT NIGHT. SLEEP AT DAY. NEVER STEP OUT IN THE SUNLIGHT. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL DIE! 23 years ago, the villagers tried to kill Maverick when he was a baby. Maverick's mother sacrificed herself so that her son could live. Now, after twenty three years, Maverick Ciekawy is 'dead'. In Tenebro, under the rule of Jurisbard Huubrihaught, children were admitted in the hospitals for treatment, people who crossed forty years lost their memories, senior citizens were forcefully admitted in the Asylum and most importantly, no one is allowed to go out during the day. A year ago, before Maverick Ciekawy 'died' he experienced five strange dreams. When Maverick believed his dreams could help the people of Tenebro, he 'died'. Half the population of Tenebro believes Maverick Ciekawy is still alive and his final words were true. But the other half still supports their elderly chief, Jurisbard Huubrihaught. You might be wondering.. Why humans should never step out in sunlight? Why the villagers tried to kill Maverick when he was a baby? Why Maverick 'died' after 23 years? What were Maverick's final words? Is Maverick Ciekawy still alive? Welcome to the first book in the EA-R-TH trilogy. Pull up your hoodie, light a fire torch, step into the cold nights of Tenebro and say bye-bye to the 21st century. Get into an epic story where you must decide WHO'S THE HERO, WHO'S THE VILLAIN!
