Selene wakes up in the line of the Hellp desk, knowing why she's there, but not how she got there. Moreover, she discovers that she looks entirely different and that she's in the wrong body! Feeling that a mistake has been made, she informs Judy and Sharkie of the situation. Neither one of them believe her until Lily looks into her file. With the help of Bel, Greg, and Angel, Lily helps explain what happened to Selene and that her Fate is not what Selene thinks it is.
This is the story of Selene and of how not only does she become a new Belle of Hell, but of how she heals in the afterlife, and how she becomes part of the Hell Belle Family.
