A lot of words can be used to describe Noah Canner. Orphan. Prostitute. Former favorite of the White House run by a tyranical Potentate Thelonious. Mostly, Noah tries to get the best out of the cards life dealt him; doing his job, having fun with his best friend, and trying hard to not think about his past. One day, Noah's childhood crush, Alle Bronze, who became famous after High School, seeks shelter at the brothel Noah works at. Noah helps her, and as soon as she realises he's been a favorite for a lot of Ministers in the White House, she reveals to him that she is working with a rebellion to take down the Government and that she'd like for him to help her with some insider knowledge. Noah, who is used to living in the shadows, will have the job of revealing all the dirty, intricate secrets which keeps the Government knitted together, but the secrets aren't easy to tell because a lot of them will hurt the people he loves, here included the Potentate's own son.
