In the Shadow of Sacrifice // Sebastian Sallow

Belladonna had always been a unique child; she thought different, and seemed at a distance with everyone; that was, until she met Sebastian and Anne Sallow - they brought her out of her shell, they made her who she truly was.

Everything was content, at least for a while, despite the slowly progressing markings across Belladonna's hands - a curse, and one Sebastian was determined to rid her of.

Their worlds were torn apart however, when she didn't receive her Hogwarts letter; forced apart from her friends, whilst the marks, and an unknown power increasingly grows;

She couldn't help have such a foreboding feeling, one she couldn't quite describe; but it was almost like she would end up as a sacrifice.

This story does contain massive spoilers for Hogwarts Legacy throughout!

Just a note that this does contain some certain themes which may be triggering for some! Including: light cursing, violence, gore (potentially though very infrequent), anxiety, PTSD, depression, self-harm (through magical means); abandonment, parental death, flashbacks, major character deaths, references to suicide, illness, sacrifice, neglect, abuse, self-esteem issues, references and examples of bullying. I will make explicit reference to when a certain theme appears in a chapter, and there will be a summary at the start of the next chapter in case you have to skip one due to the themes!
