Izuku has known the Utonium girls for 5 years since they were 10 years old. 

When they were 13 years old, the girls proclaimed their love for Izuku, and the four started dating since then. Going on dates, movies, dinners, making out a lot(mainly Buttercup being the assertive type), being romantic every day while also being a blushing mess(Izuku obve)

When they were fifteen years old, Izuku needed to head back to Japan for an entrance exam at U.A. and unfortunately had to leave his girlfriends. 

One year later, Izuku comes back to the States after being a first-year student to head to a town and learn to be a hero by himself. Once he arrives he sees Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup and they see that they changed a lot.
