In Genova, school is finally out for two Underdogs, Luca and Giulia, who are both more than excited to go back to Portorosso and reunite with Alberto. But as they make a return to the town, so does someone else who they thought was out of the picture for good....who Alberto first knew him as Signor Vespa....
After the trio hears a rumor going around town that Ercole is planning the biggest sea monster hunt ever known to history, the Underdogs are Portorosso's, better yet Italy's, only hope of keeping the sea monster species alive...

Seeing the trailer for this movie got me so excited and pumped up that I couldn't help myself but to write about it! After watching the movie, I felt so happy, emotional, amazed and just...wow. Everything about this movie was just so awesome and beautiful! Annabella, a 14 year old girl who's came down to town to be with her good closest friend Giulia during the summer and to win at the Portorosso Cup race. Coming into town, while chatting with her about the stragity for the race. There she saw two boys I haven't seen before. It dosent seem she's the only one who's new in town.Complete

So. Here are the facts as you see them. Fact number one: Giulia is going to be on the train for Genova in two days. She's going back home--because Genova is her home, apparently, and you're still grappling with the idea that there are places outside your island and Portorosso, BIG ones, they keep telling you, all over the globe--where she'll spend the next nine or so months going to school. Fact number two: You and Luca now own your very own Vespa. It's not road-ready yet, and it might not be for a while, which is fine actually because it turns out now that the Paguros aren't going to send Luca away to the bottom of the ocean, you're going to have to whittle them down into giving him permission to run away with you. Fact number three: That's not even really a plan that makes sense, if you think about it for more than a few minutes at a time. Fact number four: You haven't forgotten that Luca doesn't actually want to run away with you anymore. He's just pretending he never said it.Complete

Less than a year after that very first summer, Luca and Giulia are back in Portorosso. The three kids couldn't be more excited to spend this summer together--even if, for Alberto, it means he'll have to hold the cards of a few uncertain, unspoken words closer to himself than before. And as for Luca, the trouble of determining just where "home" is hasn't been this difficult before. But what the kids cannot be prepared for is a change far greater than they saw coming. Giulia is a sea monster. No explanation, no reasoning. So maybe this summer won't be quite so simple after all. I won't be continuing this story. There won't be anymore updates or anything like that. Nothing against anyone, I've just lost interest in it and the movie. Thanks for all the positive comments and feedback 💖 Ever since Luca and Giulia came back from school, both he and Alberto have been feeling something that was hard for them to explain, or even figure out. Every time they were around each other, this feeling grew stronger. Alberto ignores this, but Luca, as curious as he was, wanted to know what he'd been feeling inside for so long. Even before seeing Alberto again, he'd been experiencing these new feelings. They knew everyone was comfortable with them being sea monsters, but what would they do if they found out something else about them? Something that...could possibly put them both in danger again. -Just so u know, Alberto is 15, Luca is 14, and Giulia is 14 in this story. (at first I thought she was 12 in the movie 💀) -Most of the story is just going to be them figuring out their feelings for each other, but there will be some fluff/romance. Luca, a young sea monster, is overjoyed to be reunited with his best friend, Alberto. The two young monsters are looking forward to another summer full of pasta, gelato, scooter rides, and swimming.
