Dust doesn't question his orders. Kill some monsters? No problem. Wreak havoc on x universes? No hesitation. Help Error destroy certain parts of or entire AUs? It'll be done.
The Murder Time Trio do their job without question, mostly without fail, and make sure they come back with results good enough to at least get off with a scolding from Nightmare. After all, if their results aren't enough... well, broken ribs grow back, right?
