Elizabeth is Harry's twin sister and has had a terrible childhood, but she always had Peter, Uncle Ben, and Aunt May. Peter was like her brother as he and Harry were best friends. Aunt May and Uncle Ben adopted Elithabeth when she was 15 after her mother died and her father kicked her out.

Elizabeth's relationship with her mother and father was pretty much non-existent as they always doted on Harry. Harry and Elizabeth's relationship has always been good and they loved each other very much. She never wanted to lose her brother.

That all changed when Elizabeth and Peter were bitten by a radio active spider on a school trip.
