Chloe Hosterman of Olympia & Ryan and Teddy McCartan of Trident were the children of the faction leader and this year were all of age, but what happens when they get selected and end up in the games when war retakes the people outside of the done under which the games took place, a nuclear explosion of mass destruction took everything out that was not protected by the dome, all that was left were the 24 young members of each faction, leadership fell to Chloe and to Ryan but were they really ready?
