In order to save the Earth from a massive asteroid, the Intergalactic Federation, which is responsible for regulating intergalactic activities such as planetary crisis, request an order to the Galactic Federation for the execution of the law called, "Mercy". In exchange for total destruction, "Mercy" will take some lives as sacrifices in a form of a brutal game.

It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops.
