Rhian Mistral is the second ruler of the Mistral dynasty, succeeding his brother Rafal after his sudden and untimely death. He lives his life eternally, being blessed by a magical Pen that records the history of the Great Empire. The Pen is revered as a God, especially during Rhian's reign, with dubious origins.
Prince Sophos, the son of the previous emperor and his wife, on the other hand, seems to live life only for himself and for fun. He also appears to be mortal. Unluckily, he also has a valid claim to the throne. A claim that is used to Rhian's disadvantage.
Things start to change for the worse when both Rhian and Sophos do unspeakable things to get their thrones, and when the people start choosing sides and claiming one or the other as the true emperor.
Ultimately, the battle comes between man and Pen, threatening the whole existence of the empire. During this journey, monsters and horrors are encountered, and dangerous secrets are uncovered.
Most characters are Soman Chainani's, with the exception of my OCs.

Nux was a runaway prisoner, and he had to disguise himself by cross-dress as a woman with a new identity as Sa through Arah's help who was his hostage. The general who was supposed to capture him fells in love with him thinking Nux was a beautiful dumb woman. After few weeks of his staying in the General place the general (Renius) suspect Sa was not a lady but an escaped prisoner who he was supposed to capture, he finds out Nux secret that he was not of this world, and he still loves and protects him, Nux was touch by his action. Soon a war breaks between a two great Kingdom and Nux follows Renius to Pra border and on the duel between the God of War Prince Ynn and the general Renius, Nux understands Renius will die in the hands of the cold prince he took the arrow and shot him. Nux challenge Prince Ynn to fights him and free Renius. The God of War was surprised to see this soldier was not strong, and he was brave to challenge him. Nux loses in the fight and taken as a slave of Prince Ynn, Prince Ynn order his men to brutally torture him and to make sure he dies painfully and slowly with the most horrible way. After weeks past the doctors cannot cure prince Ynn of his injury which Nux cause him, he becomes worse and worse day by day. He was wondering how did his long-lost bow and arrow end in the hand of that man whom he has never seen or met before, and why his injury never heals with ordinary medicine and why his wounds turn into a charming tattoo later. He decided to know the man and finds out more about him. -- Let us finds out how Prince Ynn (God of War) and Nux story goes... In the magical era of Kingdoms and Empires, humanity has been at war with the forces of hell, lead by their Demon Lord for many years. A magic sword along with a prophecy was then discovered. The prophecy said that one day a hero will come and claim this mighty blade and defeat the Demon Lord. As it was written so did it come true. A woman named Ciri came and claimed the magic sword and on her quest which she was destined to complete. As days went by, the hero gained many allies, survived all the traps and battles from the Demon Lord, and was getting ready for the final battle. As for the Demon Lord himself.... he grew tired of this war, finding no joy or reason in continuing it. Eventually, he desired to retire in secret while fooling the world into believing in his demise. Taking up a human form, he ventures out to find a nice place to retire. But all will not go as planned for the Demon Lord... What trouble will he get himself into? Can he escape his past or will he be forced to face it? Rafayel x Sylus (The Chosen One)

Sophie traced Ari's sharp cheekbones and tantalising eyes. She felt her heart pang with despair. He was gone. They were two halves of the same soul but Sophie couldn't let him destroy the balance for Good. He was going to kill her best friend, Agatha, and her idiotic prince, Tedros. As much as she was was friends with him, he was quite irrational and never thought of the consequences for his words or actions. A tear fell slowly down her pristine cheek but she wiped it away before Hort or Dovey saw it. Any familiar characters will most likely be from the School for Good and Evil written by the wonderful Soman Chainani!
