New Meridian, the major city of the Canopy Kingdom. Ruled over by the Renoir Royal Family, Parasoul the eldest daughter is the current ruler of the Canopy Kingdom and the leader of its military force, the Black Egrets. Parasoul's primary goal is to dismantle the Medici Mafia, one of New Meridian's richest families. To the public they are a benevolent family that has used their vast funds to help the city and its people. However their true nature is much more sinister, a ruthless mafia dealing in arms dealing, human trafficking, racketeering, and drug trafficking. Then there is Umbrella Renoir, the youngest sibling. A carefree and fun loving girl, she is known for causing both her sister and the Black Egrets a great deal of trouble. However there is a third child, Brolly Renoir, the Middle Child of the Royal family. Unlike his sisters however who both inherited one of their family's living weapon Umbrellas, Brolly's fate was much different. While helping in Lab 8, he was bitten by a radioactive spider. This led to him gaining superhuman abilities that only seemed possible in the comic books. After the tragic death of his best friend, Brolly dawns a costume and web shooting gauntlets and becomes New Meridian's one and only Spider-Man! He has one mission, dismantle the Medici Mafia and bring the crime family to Justice! However with his Sister and her Black Egrets after him, strange super-powered villains appearing in New Meridian suddenly, the other unique characters wondering the city streets, and the eventual return of the Skullgirl he certainly has his work cut out for him!
