It's year 20XX on a foreign planet outside the known solar system. 
This planet named Pertame is the home of biomechanical anthropomorphic creatures that possess a special organ in their bodies named Cores. These cores can grant the user an assortment of specialized abilities like fire control,  to manipulating electricity. 
In a society torn by their differences, will metal and meat be able to live as one. Well I already know, but follow on a single droid's journey to make a difference, and save his home from its own ruin.All Rights Reserved

This story follows the young prodigy Grant Alan, a scholar turned telekinetic, surviving in a strange new world after the colossal science vessel, the Halfpace, passes into a future very foreign to him, populated by anthropomorphic creatures that have dominated humanity after a planet-wide war. To ultimately find out what happened to the last vestiges of humanity, Grant must use his wits, friendships and newfound power to navigate this new and dangerous world while an ancient, malevolent force slowly corrupts its new anthro leaders. I wrote this because I was partly inspired by "A Man In A Beast's World" by @GhillieCamo. Admittedly, my head was kind of in two places when writing this. Part of me wanted to create this really thoughtful, slow-burning, thriller sci-fi story experience with lots of lore and things to mull over, and the other half wanted to make a human x anthro romance story, dripping with provocative scenes, dialogue and drama. I'd say the story has both, but more of the former, which I think is ultimately better than if it was the other way around. I don't claim to be the best, or even good, at storytelling, and there are definitely a couple issues I have in my story, but people have been telling me they really like this story. As of 3/3/2025, this story does not violate any of Wattpad's Terms Of Service/Content Guidelines; All characters depicted in sex scenes are consenting adults. This story does NOT promote self harm or violence and does NOT include illegal sex acts of any kind. A war broke out over 50 years ago between the anthros/furs(anthropomorphic animals created by the government ) and humans and the main character jett a 16 year old human was part of a program who turned teenagers into super soldiers stationed at hoover dam but he didn't agree with their tactics of killing civilians so he killed his commanding officer but before he was executed back at hoover dam the furs stormed the facility and he was placed in a cryogenic pod by a doctor to save him but he ends up waking up 50 years later to a world ruled by the furs without having aged a day. shortly after escaping he falls off the dam and then is found by a family of furs( anthro foxes') but his past won't let him move on

this story is in the style of the famous film AVATAR, you can no longer live on your home planet, fortunately a new planet suitable for life has been found, it's called Pandora, unfortunately some hybrid type of fur already lives here, your task as a reader is to convince furs to let you live on pandora
