Everything needs to die at some point.
The grass, the trees. The stars, the planets. Even the gods will fade eventually.
A mere mortal can't escape death.
We can try to prevent it and prolong the inevitable with sacrifice, medicine, or magic. But in the end, the Grim Reaper catches up. He always does.
But this cruel game of tag is one worth playing. That's why I am doing this. My friends aren't going to live forever, but they will live longer. Even dying tomorrow is better than dying today.
That is why I am doing this.

Emelia Ford is a child of Hades. She is also really fucking screwed.
Navigating the world as a teenage girl is hard. Navigating the world as a half-blood, teenage girl is harder. Navigating the world as a half-blood, teenage girl with no mother, home, money, friends, or family is harder. Navigating the world with a teenage boy is even harder, especially when that teenage boy is Percy Jackson, king of heroics.

All characters (besides a few), the originally storyline (minus a few adaptions for the sake of the fit), and my entire reason to live belong to the man, the myth, the legend himself: Uncle Rick/Rick Riordan. He is awesome.

Percy Jackson: Gods' Bane (DARK PERCY)

21 parts Complete

Percy Jackson is not a good person. At least, not anymore. Percy has been through a lot. Annabeth is dead and his few remaining friends are scattered across America. Percy's been loyal and heroic his whole life, he's always done what the gods asked. And they have only ever repaid him with pain and indifference. So now it's his turn. His longing for justice is growing and the more bitter he becomes, the more it sinks in that without Annabeth, he has nothing left to fight for. But then again, there's nothing holding him back. Revenge is something that has long been above Percy. But at the end of the day, at least it's something to fight for. The gods have forgotten that loyalty goes both ways. It's about time someone reminded them what happens when you lose the trust of a Demigod who rules on loyalty. ////Don't be afraid to spam comments or questions, I love attention teehee////
