Hiroshi Kimura is unlike any person I've ever met. Don't let his carefree attitude fool you, this kid has some serious power. Able to harness his own energy, Hiro can use it in the form of numerous projectiles. This alongside his flight, durability, speed, and ability to become stronger at will would make him a powerful foe. Using his obsession with finding an equal opponent could be a good way to distract him. His tail seems to be his weak spot, so it would be best to utilize this distraction to grab hold of it and, if necessary, sever it from his body.
