Grian the traumatized teenager was in the middle of a hunt when something happened something bad, the watchers attacked killing Everyone but him as he managed to escape from the watchers by accidentally teleporting to another Dimension where he felt his powers were stronger

He has a lot of panic attacks due to the hard screaming that filled his ears that night the watchers had no idea where he was as this was a dimension out of their reach by a long shot

Grian was also a Parrot hybrid meaning that he also has parrot powers and some nature powers but this school and whole world had no magic in them but had magical items that were never found until they did!

when a couple of students including him come across a cave that had a portal in it that glowed whenever something bad was going on with it and was needed they became stronger over time and became close friends but grian kept his distance for a while from them

he was focused on the portal a little to much and that caused him to be questioned more by his teammates and a couple teachers

He opens up a bit by accident and are confused beyond belief and when something comes through the portal from another Dimension where they learned that there were other portals on earth and were very hard to find and that monsters were coming out of them and killing human kind as they know it

It was their job to protect the safety of humans while he studied all types of portals and monsters that were coming through the portal and when he has to fight he does completely confusing and shocking the hell of all of them but the person from another Dimension
