What if Cassandra never stole the moonstone? What if the Cassandra who DID was a fraud? And the real one got trapped somewhere no one knows of? What if Varian never turned to the dark side? What if, in fact, his dad NEVER got trapped in the amber? Instead, Varian left his manor during the blizzard to go for a walk after his argument with Quirin, but disappeared in the process?

Features fluff, angst, tons of crack, lots of little moments of domesticity & of course, your favorite found family ever <333 Come say hello to: Eugene, Lance, Raps, & Cass having comfortable but unexplainable relationships, maybe dating & maybe not, Varian, Kiera & Catalina bonding over being the kids of the polycule that wasn't, the King & Queen being B- parents; they're not bad or fantastic but instead mid, Quiren oscillating between being a piece of shit & meh, depending the oneshot, the Captain of the Guard simply not existing in any meaningful way; he's like a little pet plot device, Cass's & Varian's stints as villains are discussed, but they are my poor little meow meows so all is forgiven, once again, an overwhelming amount of domesticity. it's fluffy, and there's real conflict somewhere in there, they aren't just having happy times, but its not life-or-death. A confusing timeline; just know that everything that is under the same series name is together,t he rest of it is fragmented pieces of maybe-the-same-universe, maybe-not Lance & Eugene are basically brothers, Kiera & Catalina are constantly referred to as twins but are not blood related, Rapunzel & Cass are still super touchy about the fact that they're kind of sisters (its complicated) on that note; there is also real life complications. these guys are my fanfic dolls but they arent real dolls, so things are weird and there's nuance and all of it is integral to who they are to me. i think you'll all like it!!! (doesn't include vat7k events)
