What if Cassandra never stole the moonstone? What if the Cassandra who DID was a fraud? And the real one got trapped somewhere no one knows of? What if Varian never turned to the dark side? What if, in fact, his dad NEVER got trapped in the amber? Instead, Varian left his manor during the blizzard to go for a walk after his argument with Quirin, but disappeared in the process?

(This is my own spin off of the Tangled series and has no connection to any plot points. I know I used Moon!Varian as the cover but neither the moonstone or sunflower are involved in this.) (The romance is a slow burn) Alchemy was not widely known or explored throughout Corona. To my knowledge, only one person was skilled in it. Their name was Varian and it was my job to track him down. It's happily ever after in corona! Everyone has a good life. They are enjoing the peace. But what if... Remember the letter that Quirin wrote for Varian before he get incased in the amber? And when he got free, the letter get distroyed. He said that he only wanted to tell Varian, that he was proud of him. But what if... When he was writting it, he has this seriouse face and he was tring so hard to write it. And it was a full page with a small font. All of it to tell his son that he was proud of him? Maybe.
