I am assassin. I kill people to live. That is what I was taught. This is what I was trained for. The last thing I anticipate is an enemy attempting to kill me and then take me away like I am some kind of prize. I swear to the gods above and bellow that I will absolutely not fall for his beautiful purple eyes and cocky smirk.

He acts so different around me than anyone else. He's an asshole and I wouldn't dare call him my asshole. Except the sinister half of me that's a Vesper wants him. Wants to befriend him or be much closer than I am willing. I don't want an incredibly annoying Dragon telling me that I'm a precious gem. Please keep me a yard away from him.

When I first saw this poor helpless Omega, I thought he'd be easy to kill. Probably the easiest kill I would have ever had to do in this war. Yet, the way my body wants to hoard him and hold him close is opposite of what I have been ordered by my King to do. He's the enemy Prince. I want him dead, yet I am drawn to him.

No one in his life as looked after him or cared for him. He's scared of me. He's scared of feeling safe and cared for. This is the worst I have ever seen an Omega. I just want him to smile at me once. Stuck between two Kings of enemy Nations, I'll protect this little shit with my life. I don't care what the consequences are. He's precious to me.
