Joey Stiller a 12 year old boy and his family just moved into a new house on 3684 Percent Street. But weird Events have been happening ever since they moved in. Joey has been seeing weird things such as muddy footprints which lead to his basement at night. And also there has been mysterious house fires that all seem to occur in the same strange way. But the weirdest event is that every time a fire happens the number on the street goes down. But what Joey doesn't realize is that he's about to find out the secret behind 3684 Percent Street.
