Dahlia, a recent graduate from Columbia State, heads to Chicago to start fixing up the building she recently bought for her business. She is filled with excitement and can not wait to get things up and running. Her first day with some of the children of the neighborhood went great until Mariana, from the Tiago Cartel, was ordered to pay her a visit.  However, Dahlia is not easily shaken up and is determined to keep pushing for her business. Things get interesting when she meets Frankie, a man that used to work on the buildings. Although Frankie doesn't say much, he knows a lot. He knows the building in and out, and the man that is now after Dahlia. When Dahlia meets this man everyone talks about but never sees, it changes her world in the most unexpected way. 

Daniel Santiago, head of the Tiago Cartel, is one of the most feared people in Chicago. Things always go left in his field but he has people to take care of those things. When one of his properties are sold to a woman nobody knows, she makes sure he doesn't have to come looking for her because she looks for him.
