Every year, all of the 15 year olds recieve coloured mark on their face. The different colours represent what their future will behold.

Red-You will grow up to be a normal, regular citizen. 

Blue- you will grow up to be very wealthy.

Black- the worst colour. You will grow up to be a criminal and die young.

Purple- You will become a royal.

Yellow- You will become a celebrity. 

Green- ???
