Most people in their life know a complete mess of a person. I happen to know Harry Styles. He's the second biggest drunk in the town and he's rich enough to have his drinks brought to him and his clothes folded a certain way. He also happens to be one of my best friends.
We became friends in our second year of high school, when we realized we had mutual friends and the same sense of humor. Although, if I were to say he wasn't an asshole or he cared about the environment, I would be lying.

"Why do you care?" he asks. But it's not soft. It's sharp, defensive, like he's already bracing for the answer. I want to tell him the truth. Because you saved me.
