Damoin Holly was a survivor of Raccoon City and was part of the Stars unit as a sniper. He survives the deconstruction of the city, then three months later, in December of '98, he joined up with Chris another STARS Member to help find his younger sister. But an unknown piece of history comes to light and can Chris, Claire, Jill, Rebecca and Leon help him with uncovering more of his past.
