Growing up, Lukas Ettans never cared much for science. Instead, he spent his time learning languages and immersing himself in different cultures. His parents, however, had other plans for him. They wanted him to follow in the footsteps of his older brother and become a doctor. Lukas had no interest in medicine, but his parents refused to listen.

Ellis Parker. Stupidly smart at science and stupidly annoying. Acing every test and impressing every teacher, Lukas couldn't stand him, but his grades had other plans. As Lukas began to struggle in biology, he needed a tutor. And who better to tutor you than your rival?

They were both under pressure from their families to succeed, and they were both trying to find their own paths in life. With each other's help, and a few disputes, they might find a way to both succeed.
