It's California 2019, BLI creating Battery City, Scarecrows, and Dracs.  Spark Boat is a rebel, a Killjoy to be precise.  She lives with the other Killjoys in a small diner in zone 6 when she finds out she's going on the ride of her life, but it's the end. Not yet though.
