There's a girl in my class that doesn't take off the white camera on her neck. I wonder why?

Dylan Salazar is a Highschool student in the Philippines who has his eye on his female classmate, Emillian Santos. There's a weird detail about this girl that he can't seem to understand why he stays up late at night to figure out why she always brings around a camera. Dylan decides that he's gonna have to ask her why. But how is he gonna do that if Emillian is avoiding him at every open chance?
