Jean Davis, an infamous name known to the suburban city of Clearwater Canada. All would agree that she's quite the troublemaker, especially her parents. But to their hopeful eyes landed a flyer advertising a Boarding School about 3 hours into the harsh northern Canadian climates, Tilvia-Passing Boarder School. Despite it being in the middle of the Arctic, it seemed like an opportunity for their daughter to be set for success, or was it?
Unknown to the public eye, much less the parents eyes, this school hid a morbid secret, and the kids that left were ensured to never tell a soul. Parents always wondered what effective teaching tactics this school had to turn such daring children into promising kids, but it seems they might never know...
That is, until the school took on a particular student... Jean Davis.

The man tells her his name finally but he also reveals a dark horrible secret from his past which traumatized him for years, then she feels like she's actually falling in love with him. He knows everything about her, the reason she became human, the two powers she could have, the truth of how her father died. He begins to protect her life with his own. Her name was Gabriella Quintanilla. She was a senior in high school during this time. She had the looks, all the boys, the popularity, the clothes, and even the grades. And in no way was she ignorant of any of these things--quite the opposite. She knew that she was above average in most categories of life, and had no problem reminding people repeatedly of that fact.
