And most importantly,

So, when I threw on my suit and mask and went off with my brother to stop the evils of Mazen; I had no idea what to expect.

Welcome!
This is set in a bustling city; the city is split into multiple districts.
And also, it's Outsiders SMP characters! (The characters all have powers, and are split into different sides; Heroes, villains, and vigilantes.)
(If you haven't watched the Outsiders SMP, I totally recommend it! The CC's are wonderful!)
