Friend- a person who is not an enemy or who is on the same side.
No one is on the same side. They are only on their OWN side. Friends are just people that backstab you when they feel like it or use you only when it's necessary/convenient for themselves. I realized this early in my life and 'thank god' I did. People call me "antisocial" and "weird", maybe I am but at least I'm safe from "friends". And it's been working well for me, people have left me alone and I them. Well that is until I entered into Highschool. Levi Jacobs, a Freshman just like myself has been like a splinter, annoying and impossible to ignore, ever since we ran into eachother. No one has EVER been interested in me like he is, asking me questions, offering to walk me to my house, asking to hang out, trying to introduce me to people, etc. My life has totally flipped ever since I met him, and I don't know whether to accept it or deny it.
