Plot: A bell tower was built near Croavn's Gate station which alerts if a storm is nearby, One day a heavy storm roared through the island, destroying the Vicarstown Bridge and eliminating over half of Sodor's population. To repair the bridge, leave the island, and locate a new house, Stepney (the main character) must search for survivors and construction supplies.
