Ricky Scott is son of Dan and twin of Nathan. Ricky however has a relationship with his half brother Lucas. Unlike Nathan. 

Ricky plays basketball with Lucas at the River court. Ricky loves basketball but he would rather play for fun not for a trophy. 

Ricky also loves taking pictures. he says the picture shows a story that needs to be told. 

 Dan does not like that. But Deb supports Ricky's dream.

Brooke Davis, head cheerleader to the Ravens. When Lucas comes to play for the Ravens basketball team, she sees a lot more of her crush. Ricky Scott. 

Ricky and Brooke were friends for awhile when they were growing up. But that all changed once Ricky started to hangout more with Lucas. 

Ricky started to hangout with Lucas and Haley James. While Brooke was with Nathan and Peyton Sawyer 

But what happens when Lucas joins the basketball team. And Lucas, Ricky and Haley get thrown into Nathan, Brooke and Peyton's world? Will they survive?
