After his parents left him with his uncle and aunt, James changed. He wasn't the same troublemaker boy as before, now he was just Sirius Blacks best friend.
He tried to live a normal life, but that wasn't meant to happen to him. Since James was bitten by a spider on his school trip, everything changed again.
James now has to learn to live his unusual life as he fights crime and tries to stop, with the help of his friends, a evil that is threatening New York City.

Marauders AU Romance
This story is based on JK Rowling's characters from the series Harry Potter. I have done my best to be accurate with both timelines and character portrayals, but of course there will be some changes since this is an alternate universe with some original characters inserted, plus, there is only so much written about the marauder's era. The story takes place in the year 1976, the boys are all in their sixth year, and tensions are high at Hogwarts. Many of the students are already feeling the influence of the Voldemort, and it is causing suspicion and division to run rampant within the walls of the school. Sirius finds himself intrigued by a Slytherin girl he'd never taken the time to notice before, and a student transfer from Ilvermorny has caught the eye of Remus. Of course James is still battling for Lilly's attention, hoping to prove how much he's matured over the summer months.
