After being tortured for years by a person whose identity is unknown, Reagen, best friend of Charlotte, Wren, and Arabia is reported missing in the small town of Brookemoore, known famously for the disappearance and then eventual murder of Evelyn Marrot, a 19 year old girl with secrets like no other.
