With criminals no longer scared of their own shadow it's up to the next generation of vigilantes to remind them why they should be afraid to go out at night. This girl is named Ly-a Kane, young successor and heir to the Kane riches and company who owns over half of Gotham. She has the ability to slow time, but move at regular speed. Someone else who doesn't like you is the Riddler as you would occasionally steal his trophies for his collection when they were meant for Batman.
