Fact: As of 2097.. There is no longer a world to claim as ours. There's nobody left to claim it.  The world we once knew is now overrun by Netahumans. 

Layla, Lousia, Diego, Kaleb, Kookie, and Tyrell all find themselves living an apocalypse after just barely hitting adulthood. These Six face many challenges as they try to survive in a world overrun by Netahumans, while figuring out a plan that might just end "The end" as they know it.
