Back story: Corporal 1st. class Jaune Arc was a proud member of the A.D.F. (Ansel Defense Force), and now despite being 19 years, was a proud first year student of Beacon Academy. Or at lest he was, until his transcripts were found out. Now, with his dreams crushed, he could only return home. How unfortunate for him that he made a pit stop in the town of Falls End.(I suck at summaries)

Title inspired by Mitmite2 Most of the Jaune Arc fanfictions I read just aren't good enough. They either make him impossibly op or he's unjustly betrayed. And too many of them give him a harem. It's getting pretty old so I decided to change that. As a child, Jaune Arc decided that he would become a huntsmen just like his hero of a great-great-grandfather. But his father can't train him after an accident and the rest of his family doesn't know how. So he tries to teach himself. Of course he's failing miserably. With his dream seemingly impossible to achieve, he decides to continue trying to train himself, but then a willing stranger comes along. What next for our wannabe hero. Only time will tell. Jaune Arc is known as the Weakest Student of Beacon. He is reminded of that very title everyday in his stay of Beacon. He gets training lessons from Pyrrha and yet it's still isn't enough, even his friends already know that whenever he is going against someone in Combat Class. They know he will lose, it is a given fact. But in reality, all that was a lie. Jaune was known as the Strongest Swordsman in his home and his entire act of being weak was all a ruse. Jaune wanted to be a Hero, he thought Beacon would be the place for it. But it's not But on one fateful day, something or someone called out to him. Where they offered him a chance to be a Hero, to be something even greater. Jaune accepted it without any hesitation, not knowing what dangers he will face in this new journey. But as well all know, fate has it's ways.

This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.
