When a new villain arises and doesn't get shot down immediately, things could get dangerous. In only a couple of months, a villain that goes by "The Quartering Duke" has caused havoc and fear across a whole city. They've already made themselves known and are inspiring people to do crime, but at the same time striking fear into civilians. When two heroes swear to put an end to this, who knows what will happen? It may have been a first for The Duke, but they know they're having a good time with these two.
