Natasha wakes up in a weird place, she was lying down on a bed, her eyes fell heavy and her body felt like she was hit by a truck. She took in her surroundings seeing that she was in some kind of small room with only a window. She looked down at her body, seeing that she was wearing her Black Widow uniform, a sudden pain shot through her head, she brought her hand up to the side of her head, she felt something warm and wet, knowing it was blood, Natasha didn't dwell too much on it she's been through worst.
