After a job provided by Rex goes wrong, the batch discover something about one of their own that they never knew. This infomation soon comes to haunt the batch as the past catches up to a certain marksman who has no choice but to 'disappear' from the universe in order to keep everyone safe but it costs him deeply. At what cost? Well in fact, it impacts the lives of all those around him, not that they know it. The memory of the past is fuzzy to some until a young blood female child takes the shot that ends the war against the ruthless Empire, but not only does happiness come, the past returns and not everyone is happy to discover what has happened. This is in the Star Wars universe between TCW and TBB, but it's kind of an AU in the sense that Crosshair has enough flexibility in his job that it makes this story possible... Rumors swirl of a new Sith Lord quickly rising in power. Clones are being killed off and replaced with new Imperial soldiers. Tracking The Bounty{HunterxOC}
Aurora Ealis is a Bounty Hunter who thinks that it's best to be alone in life. With no one to care for, loss wouldn't be as such of a big deal. Well that's what she thinks at least. While walking on the moon of Pantora, Aurora was just minding her own business when a small blonde child caught her attention. After following the girl and getting involved she is involuntarily saved by The Bad Batch. Fighting their leader all the way back to Coruscant upon their first meeting; she is glad to be out of their sight for what she hoped was for good. But their little girl isn't one to give up on Aurora. After tracking the bounty hunter down. Hunter got to see the shady part of Coruscant's lower levels that she lives on. He saves her from an ambush and again Aurora finds herself back in the care of the batch. A not ideal situation for her and Hunter couldn't agree more, but as Hunter gets to know Aurora more and more he can't help himself from wondering what happened to her in the past and why she gets so defensive about it. And how would Aurora feel once she is finally forced to face her feelings? Does she embrace it or does she do what she does best and runaway?
