Maria  cried into her pillow. All of a sudden, she could feel Pascal's presence, he was breathing down her neck,'Maria, it is enough, in this world you come and you go.' Maria remained in her crouching position, tears seized from falling from her eyes. Had she just heard his voice? 

'Pascal, tell me you're still here ,on earth, in this world with me. Tell me, tell me!'  'Maria, when death calls, who are you to ignore? No one.' Maria looked around her room, it was just her. 

Maria, never expected the world to grow so cruel let alone the numbers of deaths she heard of from her small neighbourhood, most of which were of the elderly but this one mysterious death of her childhood friend, Pascal was beyond inevitable. That is, so she thought...
