Smoke Rings

Frank needed a character, and Charlie needed a muse.

Charlie Younge is a young artist at The University of Chicago; she is studying to teach art and other mediums. She formed friendships with people like Gerard Way and Pete Wentz. She would work on her art; but one day someone caught her eye from across the campus. He was short with black hair that was shaved on the sides and dyed blond, he walked like he owned the place. It drew her in; she became infatuated with him. She was so interested in finding out who he was that she asked around campus.
Frank Iero; a budding youthful author-to-be, maybe even a poet. He was very personally connected with his work, he would work for hours upon hours on his poetry and even song writing to see if he could do it. He didn't pay attention to the people around him, he only interacted with him roommate Mikey.
